The role of Employee Relations Specialist plays a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies in 2K Madrid. The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for providing guidance to managers and employees on varying ER issues including conflict resolution, performance management, grievances, and policy interpretation. This role will include conducting investigations and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
