We are seeking an enthusiastic andinnovative Medical Scientist to join our clinical development teamand play a leading role in advancing programs across GvHD,allo-HSCT, and haematology. This is a high-impact positionreporting directly to the Head of Clinical Development and offersthe opportunity to influence early to late-stage clinical trials(Phases IIII) in a fast-moving, global environment. What Youll DoAs a key contributor, you will act as a scientific and clinicalexpert across assigned programsworking independently, withguidance provided only in the most complex scenarios. You willpartner closely with study physicians, external research teams, andclinical operations to drive data quality, strategic planning, andinnovation. Key Responsibilities - Contribute to the clinicaldevelopment plan with up-to-date insights into scientific andmedical advances. - Serve as a clinical/medical lead on studymanagement teams, ensuring the scientific integrity of the program.- Draft and review protocols, study manuals, informed consentforms, regulatory responses, clinical study reports, andpublications. - Collaborate with medical staff and KOLs inhematology to align on strategy and execution. - Provide ongoingfollow-up and preliminary assessments of clinical results withclinical operations leadership. - Oversee clinical trials from amedical and safety perspective, including pharmacovigilanceresponsibilities. - Contribute to abstracts, posters, publications,and support the development of communication and publication plans.- Support innovation and contribute to intellectual propertydevelopment across internal teams. What Were Looking For - Ascientific or medical background with experience in clinicaldevelopment (Phases IIII), ideally with a focus on GvHD,allo-HSCT, and hematology. - Strong medical writing and clinicaldata analysis skills. - Experience interacting with clinical sitesand KOLs, including participation in international scientificconferences. - A proactive, independent thinker who thrives incross-functional teams and global settings.
