You will be responsible for ensuring that projects align with contract requirements, are completed within budget and timeline constraints, and contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the organization.Key AccountabilitiesProject Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines of R&D projects. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.Contract Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to guidelines and requirements set by public funding agencies. Monitor and report on project activities to ensure compliance with contract terms.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and equipment. Work with team members to optimize resource utilization.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Foster a positive team culture.Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including funding agencies, partners, and management. Provide regular updates.Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.Reporting and Documentation: Support submission of progress reports to funding agencies. Maintain thorough project documentation.Quality Assurance: Implement quality processes to meet standards.
