For our client, a leading ICT consultancy and integrator in Belgium, we are currently looking for a functional analyst for a permanent position:
Job Description
As a Functional Analyst, you will investigate functional issues, change requests, and define the scope of complex and large-scale development projects.
In the needs assessment phase, you act as the interface between key users and various stakeholders. You will elaborate detailed process analyses and business processes and translate these into functional requirements. Furthermore, you will follow up on and provide functional support during development. Depending on the project, applications are developed using either Scrum or RUP methodologies.
You will also monitor implementation and delivery. Additionally, you will assist in preparing user manuals and in training the users.
Profile
You hold a university degree (Master in Computer Science, Civil Engineer in Computer Science, Business Engineering, etc.).
You have in-depth knowledge of analysis methods (UML, etc.) and development processes (RUP, Scrum, etc.), along with a certain level of technical expertise (data management, programming techniques, internet technologies, etc.).
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are efficient when working independently on projects. You are responsible, flexible, and show initiative.
Your analytical and synthesizing abilities enable you to deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines remains a top priority.
You have a good command of French.
