Functional Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to identify requirements and propose solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Design and translate business requirements into functional specifications and application designs.
- Support development teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
- Analyze defects, support testing efforts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
- Provide ongoing support for production solutions and contribute to incident resolution.
- Work in Agile teams with a collaborative and feedback-driven mindset.
Your Profile:
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, BPM, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Business Knowledge: Expertise in banking or technical domains; practical experience with Agile (Scrum) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:Analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Communicative and adaptable.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
