Being able to perform technical site visits to verify site conditions.Handle the relationship with the Co-developers managing the development of Grupotecs pipeline.Management of bids with external engineering and environmental consultancies.Responsible for securing land suitable for PV and BESS projects. Establish and manage relationships with landowners, real estate agencies, and brokers throughout the entire project development phase.Management and negotiation of co-development agreements and project follow-up.Job requirements:Professionals with more than 3-4 years of experience in project development in Italy.Willingness to travel, both to seek new opportunities and to visit Public Administrations during the development of assigned projects.Fluent in Italian and either English or Spanish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
