What youll do: As a performance Laboratory Engineer working together with the Electrolux Tumble Dryer System Functionality team, you will support the development of domestic tumble dryers globally. You approach your responsibilities proactively and innovatively, with a practical sense and operative attitude; you will define the drying cycles through performance testing at the product level. As an independent professional, you will support the implementation and optimization of drying performance and functionalities, contributing to the development of new projects and ensuring the achievement of technical targets and compliance with appropriate standards. You will use engineering and science-based approaches to draw conclusions and will prepare the required documentation. In detail, you will: Plan a proper experimental campaign according to targets and expected results Design and execute tests on the application during all development stages, including setting up, test preparation, result analysis, and documentation Understand product technical specifications in terms of functionalities and SW; support the introduction of new technologies and new drying functionalities in cooperation with the relevant departments Support activities of senior functionality engineers in the Electrolux Tumble Dryer System Functionality team Understand standard and customized testing procedures, timelines, and deliverables related to assigned activities Facilitate communication in English with a team located in Italy Identify innovation opportunities in the product functionality and the development process Qualifications: Higher degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrics, Energy Engineering or equivalent Strong ability in data analysis Practical approach Knowledge of basic signals treatment Proficiency in MATLAB is a plus Benefits include: Interesting job and challenging tasks.
