Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join aglobal leader company in the tyre industry as Product MarketingMoto Intern The successful candidate will support Marketing Team ofthe Moto Business Unit and he/she will have the opportunity tolearn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment. Underthe guidance of your tutor, you''ll be empowered to take onincreasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insightsinto strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolvingindustry. Main Activities: Starting from day one, under his/hertutor supervision, the candidate will be joining the HQ ProductMarketing team of Moto business, and he/she will be asked to dealwith the following activities: - Analysis and study of the maintrends in the Motorcycle industry, including the use of internaland external database resources, to support the product rangedefinition; - Development of quantitative and qualitative marketanalysis of the tyre product and benchmarking against majorcompetitors on a global scale; - Supporting the production ofproduct materials and technical training with dedicatedpresentations; - Continuous updating of internal database with newmotorcycles launched in the market on a global scale; - Interactionwith Trade & Consumer, Communication and Brand departmentfunctions with the goal to enhance product positioning in themarket. Requirements: - Masters degree in Engineering, Economics,or related fields; - Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2level). - Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel. -Good analytical and synthesis skills combined with precision; -Familiarity with managing data sets; - Good interpersonal skills,teamwork, and organizational capabilities; - Passion formotorcycles is a plus.
