To help us maintain ourhigh standards and manage reception operations, we are seeking anexperienced, dynamic, and dedicated Front Desk Manager to overseeall operational, organizational, and strategic aspects of thereception team. Role Objective: The Front Desk Manager isresponsible for supervising the daily operations of the reception,ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth guestcheck-in/check-out processes, and seamless communication with otherhotel departments. This role involves constant monitoring of guestsatisfaction, managing the reception team, and ensuring that thehotels operational protocols are followed correctly. Reportingdirectly to the General Manager, the Front Desk Manager willimplement strategies to guarantee the best possible guestexperience, focusing on both local and international clientele. KeyResponsibilities: - Supervise front desk activities, includingcheck-in, check-out, and booking management. - Manage andcoordinate the reception team (receptionists, concierges) to ensureefficient service. - Ensure compliance with operational protocolsand maintain high-quality service standards. - Monitor guestsatisfaction and handle feedback and complaints professionally. -Collaborate with the marketing department to promote hotel servicesto the public. - Maintain effective communication with other hoteldepartments to improve guest experiences and optimize operations. -Manage guest billing and payment procedures, ensuring the accuracyof financial transactions. - Train, motivate, and lead the team tomaintain service excellence. - Oversee room availability andcoordinate guest requests, ensuring smooth daily operations. -Prepare and analyze periodic reports on performance, incollaboration with the General Manager (guest feedback, occupancyrates, sales, etc.). Required Skills: - Excellent organizationaland coordination skills. - Strong customer service orientation andcommercial attitude. - Attention to detail and high professionalstandards. - Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadershipskills. - Team management and conflict resolution abilities. -Solid knowledge of front desk operations and hotel protocols.Languages: - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Frenchand/or German (spoken and written). - Additional languages will beconsidered a plus. Education and Experience: - Diploma or Degree inHospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. - At least 3 years of experience in similar roles,preferably in luxury or boutique hotels. - Previous experience infront desk management roles is required.
