The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will help scale and support our growing organization. You will play a key role in shaping our culture, driving people initiatives, and supporting our talented teams across all HR domains. Reporting directly to the Global Rombit HR manager, youll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Support: Support the Rombit HR manager in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Build strong relationships across the business, promoting open communication, and resolving employee concerns proactively.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and execute a strategy to attract top talent and manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Organizational Development: Support initiatives in workforce planning, change management, and organizational design.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion Rombit''s culture and values, organize engagement initiatives, and support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, development planning, and reviews.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the design, implementation, and communication of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Fleet Management: Oversee and manage the companys vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient operations, maintenance, and administration.
- HR Operations: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, maintain HR policies, and optimize HR processes and tools.
Your Profile
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRBP or senior HR role, ideally in a tech, industrial, or fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Strong understanding of Belgian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to HR.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Contract: 4/5 or fulltime
