Role Purpose Customer Collaboration and Stock ManagementSpecialist is responsible for analyzing stock and defining actions,with the support of the Supply Planning and Forecasting Team, toassure the correct level of stock coverage for the customers of thedifferent business channels. The person must also ensure fullalignment of inventory levels and track W&D costs according tothe defined targets. Your Key Responsibilities Yourresponsibilities include, but not limited to: - Work with thecustomer to understand, monitor and advise on their requirements -Set the agreed restocking points with customers for every SKU -Manage and collaborate in allocation/supply constraints to keep allwholesalers supplied - Proactively communicate and manage stock-outand propose and implement corrective action plans - Be responsiblefor weekly reporting to support BU and FF - Ensure to provide thecorrect inventory level projection and explain deviations vs target- Monitor goods receipts against orders and expected deliveries,perform inventory adjustment if needed - Complete annual inventoryreconciliation - Control and issues any return activity Logisticscost tracking - Work with Supply Chain Head and Customer ServiceManager to optimize logistics flow ensuring service and cost target- Track and Trace 3PL invoice according to the defined accounts andmonitor them with BPA - Support data collection and reporting ofKPIs for Logistic and W&D - Oversee that all logistic processesare proceed in a timely, high quality, efficient and effectivemanner and in full compliance with all laws and supply chainmanagement policies and procedures - Identify and drive continuousimprovement projects - Provide a load-balanced dispatch list forincoming materials to the warehouse and Quality department thatensures these activities are completed in line with the productionneeds - Ensure management of daily MRP exception messages andappropriate follow-up Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: Weare committed to building an outstanding, inclusive workenvironment and diverse teams representative of the patients andcommunities we serve.
