Key Responsibilities: Market Development & RevenueManagement: - Drive the development of the energy storage market,focusing on contract signing and payment collection, primarilywithin the Utility Scale channel. Pipeline Building: - Assessproject requirements and establish a robust pipeline of potentialprojects. Market & Competitor Analysis: - Monitor market trendsand analyze competitor activities to provide actionablerecommendations for pricing strategies, product enhancements, andnew product development. Customer Relationship Management: -Conduct regular visits to key customers to strengthenrelationships, gain insights into their needs, and align internalresources to address those needs effectively. Project Coordination:- Collaborate with customers, clients, vendors, and contractors toensure projects are on track and meet established timelines.On-Site Representation: - Serve as the local, on-siterepresentative for the company and its programs, acting as theprimary point of contact for customers and contractors. DesiredSkills and Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within theEnergy Storage sector, with a strong understanding of key industryplayers, including major customers, EPCs, and IPPs across thecountry. Technical Expertise: - In-depth knowledge of energystorage technologies or power systems. Interpersonal Skills: -Exceptional relationship-building skills, a strong sense ofresponsibility, and excellent communication abilities. LanguageProficiency: - Native-level Italian and advanced Englishproficiency, both written and spoken. Flexibility & Travel: -Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50%-60% of the time,across the country.
