Main duties andresponsibilities - Work closely with development and operationsmanagement teams at assigned clubs to create short and long - termlow voltage infrastructure plans - Review design at all stages ofplanning for low voltage budgetary roadmap - Make effectivedecisions on projects when presented with changing requirements byoverseeing change management for projects both in design and activeconstruction - Develop and manage vendor and integratorrelationships to ensure accurate delivery and installation todesigned specifications and standards - Perform quality control andassurance (QA/QC) throughout design and development to ensureexpected standards, schedules and budgets are responsibly managedRequirements - 4+ years of construction low voltage (technology)project management field experience - Demonstrated field experienceperforming construction QA/QC and monitoring work performance of3rd -party low voltage contractors and integrators - Workingknowledge of, and field experience with structured cabling, AV,CCTV, and access control systems and devices. - Experience inmanaging large scale, multi-million dollar commercial/industrialprojects. - Experience with generating and reviewing RFI''s andRFP''s - Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, and NEC standards -Experience managing revisions, changes and additions to contractualagreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers andsubcontractors. - Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills andwritten and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications -Degree In Construction Management, Engineering or other applicablefield of study - Ability to work independently and manage multipleprojects simultaneously. - Must be able to work flexible workhours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Longhours may be required due to business demands. - Positive attitude,professional demeanor, and exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, andteam members. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Ability tostay calm and focused during the busiest of times. - Ability towork a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, andholidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length. -Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additionallanguages preferred. - Flexibility and ability to pivot to newprojects and desire to work in fast-paced environment.
