Role Overview
As a System Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming business needs into technical solutions. Your role is pivotal in designing and implementing payment solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration with external systems. You will work closely with various teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet the evolving demands of high-risk industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document their needs, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical specifications and integration documentation to guide the development process.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of external systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality across platforms.
- Tool Development: Create and manage collections in Postman to facilitate testing and development processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with development, testing, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Log Analysis: Conduct thorough log analysis to identify issues and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- API Expertise: Proficient in REST and HTTP methods, with a strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
- Documentation Skills: Experienced in gathering requirements and documenting integration processes with external systems.
- Database Proficiency: Skilled in SQL and experienced with relational databases to support data-driven decision-making.
- Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using Postman, Confluence, Jira, and ELK for various project management and development tasks.
- Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile or other flexible methodologies to adapt to changing project needs.
