Head of Sales - RAISE Summit
We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead the commercial development of RAISE Summit Europe''s fastest growing AI enterprise event. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team, playing a key role in defining and executing the event''s revenue strategy and expanding its global footprint.
As Head of Sales, you will manage and grow the sales team, build long-term relationships with sponsors and partners, and work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership Strategy
- Define and implement the global sales strategy for RAISE across sponsorships, exhibitions, and media partnerships
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in line with RAISE''s growth objectives
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals
Key Responsibilities: Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow the international sales team
- Set performance targets and monitor KPIs to drive team success
- Provide coaching and development to junior and mid-level sales reps
Key Responsibilities: Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and decision-makers
- Represent RAISE at global events and conferences to strengthen industry presence
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design sales-enablement campaigns and materials
Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, content, and customer success teams to ensure flawless sponsor execution
- Contribute to shaping the overall commercial roadmap of RAISE and other Chain of Events initiatives
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the events or tech space
- Proven track record of achieving 1M+ annual revenue targets
- Experience managing and scaling a high-performing sales team
- Strong negotiator with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, international, and entrepreneurial environment
- Full professional fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Strong interest in AI, enterprise technology, or digital transformation
