We are looking for a Finance Manager to join theAmazon Fashion Finance team. Amazon Fashion''s business is a dynamicand a key strategic focus area for the company. This role can bebased in any of these EU locations: London, Milan, Madrid orMunich. The FM will work closely with multiple Pan EU teams withinour Retail Category organization to become their trusted financepartner. In this role, you will drive and/or support variousfinancial analyses and monitor operational plans that fuel Amazon''sfuture growth. Expect to get involved in supporting strategicprojects and help building plans for the future. You will berequired to stay close to the commercial, technical, andoperational trends in the business and connect the dots to drivethe right decisions. The growth of the business and the increasingcomplexity make this role an exciting, interesting, and verychallenging proposition with corresponding exposure to seniormanagement at Amazon. Key job responsibilities Partner directlywith Retail category teams on vendor performance, negotiations andmaximizing top & bottom line for our business. Buildfinancial models to drive business decisions and make judgementcalls on challenges using your understanding of Amazons Fashioncost/profit structure. Generate insights from financial data,identify growth and cost saving opportunities, and communicatefindings with the leadership team to drive business actions. Ownthe financial and operational plan and financial reporting, createscalable processes and monitor teams for accuracy. Manage ad hocrequests, financial deep dives and analyses to support seniorleadership. Identify opportunities to resolve defectsproactively. Create, improve, scale, or simplify financeprocesses/tools across teams and organizations. Represent Fashionin broader category forums and collaborate with partner teams todesign processes and tools that are fit for Fashion. Onboard,develop and mentor team members in areas of financial reporting foraccuracy, create best practice materials and promote knowledgesharing. Partner with Fashion Retail leadership team on ad hocprojects with high visibility.- Bachelor''s degree. - Experiencedelivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and datainterpretation of results. - Experience in creating processimprovements with automation and analysis. - Experience in multiplefinance and accounting roles.- Experience in building financial andoperational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
