Based in Italy and true to its DNA, KIKO MILANO combines trustworthy quality, creativity, and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join KIKO MILANOs Technical Department Team, reporting to the Head of Quality & Product Engineering Compliance.The mission of bulk and finished goods Quality Control is to evaluate products and accessories in terms of functionality and aesthetic aspects to ensure the conformity of the submissions and lots.In particular, you will:Evaluate cosmetic bulk submissionsPlan, manage, and perform statistical Quality Controls on finished goods and accessories according to AQLEngage suppliers on Corrective Actions resulting from non-compliancesCollaborate with partners in case of complaints, investigating causes and proposing corrective actionsSupport the QA Team in managing customer quality complaintsEnsure the correct storage of standard samples and technical dataWhat you will need to succeedBachelor''s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Engineering1 to 3 years of experience in Cosmetic Quality ControlGood knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of primary and secondary packaging (glass, plastic, aluminium, paper)Knowledge of SAP is a plusStrong knowledge of Statistical ControlsStrong analytical skillsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spokenAbility to use common measurement toolsPreferred qualificationsLeadership qualities: thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying, and delivering resultsCustomer-focused mindset, driving change and leading by exampleCollaborative attitude, eager to grow expertise and embrace diversityWillingness to learn on the jobStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented and open to continuous feedback culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
