Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Resource Management Analytics team to deliver excellence in manpower and equipment planning, forecasting, rostering, and scenario modeling.
- Design and implement data-driven workforce strategies that enhance operational efficiency, agility, and resilience, while ensuring optimal manpower mix and cost alignment.
- Oversee RMS system administration and drive continuous improvement through automation, rule writing, and effective change management.
- Manage third-party labor contracts and contribute to strategic workforce planning through targeted analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Provide actionable performance insights to senior leadership and drive digital transformation across all resource management processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth while leading initiatives that strengthen long-term operational success.
Your profile
- Extensive experience in business improvement, resource planning, operations analysis, or management consultancy, preferably in airport or airline operations.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
- Solid understanding of the ground handling or aviation environment; hands-on experience with planning or RMS tools (e.g. INFORM) is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills with a drive for innovation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to translate data into actionable strategies and influence stakeholders at all levels
- High personal integrity, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and either German or French.
The position can be based in either Zurich or Geneva, depending on your preference.
