Your tasks

Design, deploy, optimize, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions and services ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
Implement security best practices, manage identity and access policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead or assist in migrations (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant), and ensure seamless transitions.
Define and enforce governance policies for Microsoft 365 usage.
Address security threats and respond to incidents within the Microsoft 365 environment

Your profile

Higher education completed, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and on-prem Active Directory, with international work experience as a plus.
Microsoft 365 certified: Administrator expert.
Strong experience with Entra ID and M365 services and apps; PowerShell scripting for automation; compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001); security tools like Microsoft Defender and Purview; hybrid deployments (on-prem AD + Azure AD).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
English fluent (oral and written), French or German would be a plus.
