We are looking for a KeyAccount Manager (KAM), a field-based expert, that strategicallydrives the commercial objectives and will be primarily accountablefor developing and implementing key account plans in theirdesignated territory to optimize care for patients. Il tuo nuovoruolo Reporting to Area Sales Manager, is expected to developterritory specific strategic account plans in the context of theoverall product strategy and in close alignment and collaborationwith functions of Medical Affairs, while ensuring full compliancewith all relevant company, industry, legal, regulatory and ethicalstandards. In addition: - Presents a positive image of the companyand develop/ reinforce awareness about RNAi platform to relevantcustomer groups; - Develop and Lead Regional/Hospital MarketAccess; - Achieves pre-launch and post-launch KPIs; - Performsdetailed analysis of the assigned territory to identify, assess,and support the develop relevant centers for diagnosis andtreatment; - Drives patient identification, diagnosis, and referralrates by executing against a territory strategy and accountspecific plans; - Develops trusted relationships with a portfolioof customers to ensure competitive advantage, after developing athorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements; -Establishes and maintains contact with key customers and providecommercial and scientific services to ensure access at site ofcare, and that logistics are in place to administer product; -Manages and executes local meetings to drive diagnosis andtreatment rates; - Liaises and collaborates with relevant internalstaff (Medical Affairs, Commercial Leads, Marketing and BusinessOperations Manager), as required; - Timely and accurate reportingand continuous diligent maintenance of the CRM database; - Conductsall activities to highest ethical standards in accordance withcountry code of practice and local Laws and regulations; - Steersregular local alignment meetings with other field based functionsto ensure proper implementation and outcomes against the committedterritory and account plans. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo- University degree in a business-related field such as health orbusiness management or comparable educational background; - 5+years of Sales and Key Account Management experience inbio/pharmaceutical sales; - Ability to gain consistent access anddevelop strong & professional relationships for productpromotion with healthcare providers in reference centers and thecommunity; - Ability to draw on previous experiences and insightsto generate and maintain appropriate awareness and timely access totreatment; - Excellent organizational and project managementskills; - Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbalpreferred; - Ability to travel within a territory on a regularbasis (80% of the time).
