We are looking for a Gestionnaire de Production en Assurance to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the operational processes related to insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background in insurance, be a strong communicator, and capable of working independently while being part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Process and review incoming insurance policies and claims to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Draft and send communication regarding policy updates, renewals, and adjustments. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of insurance requests. Analyze and manage the administrative aspects of policy management, including premium calculations and claims handling. Provide support and guidance to clients regarding their insurance policies and coverage options. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and file updates. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Insurance or a related field. Native proficiency in Dutch (strong written and spoken communication). Strong written and spoken communication skills in French. Knowledge of MS Office and insurance management tools. Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Stress-resistant, flexible, and a team player.
