Our purpose Celebrating life, every day, everywhere plays a key role in our company, for our people, our diversity, our brands, and in how we perform and build shared value.About the roleAre you our new Head of Luxury Brands for Italy?Do you have a passion for the luxury world, on-trade environment, and can you balance strategy and execution effectively?Are you an inspirational leader and people manager?We are looking for you!Italy has been identified as a growth market at the global level, particularly for luxury business potential, and we are seeking the Head of the Reserve portfolio.You will lead the Reserve (Luxury portfolio) commercial strategy for Italy across all channels, growing the business in a balanced way, ensuring the right focus, strategy, plan, and implementation to achieve double-digit growth in line with Italian ambitions toward F27.You will be responsible for leading the sell-out team managing TOP TIERS accounts across Italy, ensuring our Reserve brands shine and build a halo effect across the country.Main Responsibilities:Full Italy Reserve P&L managementLead the commercial strategy for Reserve in Italy (not only trend-leading accounts)Collaborate with the Head of Channels to define commercial policies for Reserve brands, ensuring the right channel balance and strategic focusCo-lead promotional plans across channels for Reserve brands with RGM and HOR SE teamsResponsible for TLA channel, Gold, and Silver outletsLead a sell-out team of 19 people (RAE and AE) and 6 Field specialists CPMServe as the point of reference for Reserve in ItalyPartner with Reserve customer marketing, TLA, WHS, C&C, and Off-trade customer marketing teams to develop appropriate plans for Reserve brandsCoordinate with SE Head of Reserve to ensure local implementation of SE and Global luxury strategiesQualifications and Skills:Develop strategies and execution plans, including commercial strategy, planning, contact, coverage, investments, forecasting, and client plansIdentify and drive commercial opportunities, understanding channel dynamics, customer needs, segmentation, and market insightsLead and develop the team, mentoring for performance and growth, reviewing key business metrics, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining compliance and integrityExecute activation plans, manage category and customer negotiations, and oversee relationshipsMeasure and analyze promotional efficiency, data, and insights to inform actionsDeep understanding of the luxury environment, customer insights, and category knowledge across Spirits and TBAStrong negotiation skills and proactive leadership to outperform competitorsAbility to coach and develop team members and influence trade investments for ROIAbout youEssential experience:Significant commercial experience in luxury, ideally with hospitality backgroundDeep understanding of consumers, shoppers, and categoriesStrong financial, analytical, and creative skillsProven leadership managing senior teams and collaboratorsExcellent relationship management skills, strategic planning, and execution abilityExperience in coaching and developing commercial leadersFluent in English and ItalianWorking with usFlexibilityOur business values flexibility.
