What you will do in this role In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet. As an Account Manager on our team, you will: - Use CRM to contact, qualify accounts and generate opportunities - Ensure daily,weeklyand monthly KPIs are hit, activity and performance (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated and confirmed) - Update CRM with all communication and as per standards expected. - Follow up on accounts and ensure regular communication ismaintained. -Participatein sales activities (call storms, industry focus, hotel focus etc.) - Ensure all opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) are qualified and followed up as per standards, both with clients and hotels - Have an upselling approach when dealing with clients. - Provide chain wide discounts based on client requirements and follow up on usage by client - Offer alternative solutions upon no availability of hotels - Assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries when required - Work on external lists whenrequiredon other platforms as provide Your qualifications We embrace ourgame-changerswith open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
