Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, taking into account optimum use of the resources.Responsibilities include:Performing all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, considering order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations, and personnel resources to create optimum production conditions.Developing a production schedule detailing all tasks and their completion timelines to meet predicted completion dates.Detailed control of the production sequence to achieve optimum resource utilization.Coordinating material movements between production units to ensure an optimum production run.Actively contributing to cooperation with all parties involved and forwarding relevant information to maintain an optimum logistics chain.Setting up and monitoring KANBAN control cycles for finished and semi-finished goods.Supporting production in setting up KANBAN control cycles for raw materials and semi-finished products.Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to schedule.Analyzing and revising production plans and updating deadlines.Keeping paperwork organized.Using ERP system (SAP/APO) to record and track operations, materials, times, and other relevant job parameters.Providing necessary production documentation and data for each production order to guarantee effective and high-quality handling of work.Obtaining output information (number of finished products, etc.).Preparing and submitting status and performance reports.Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.Addressing issues when they arise to minimize disruption.Troubleshooting problems that occur during production.Identifying shortages, bottlenecks, or other inventory-related problems and ensuring they do not recur.Proactively tackling blocks and barriers to progress.Liaising with production for clarification and coordination of balanced and de-conflicted demands and plans.QualificationsKnowledge field:Products, systems and technologies (functionalities and applications): advancedSupply Chain Management (including logistics policies, systems and processes): advancedQuality management (including quality policies, systems and processes): basicLocal language & culture (intercultural sensitivity): advancedProblem solving and decision making tools and techniques: advancedProject management skills, tools and techniques: advancedBusiness knowledge (e.g. commercial conditions and influence on P&L): basicKnowledge of SAP ERP Modules: PP - SD - APO: advancedPhase In & Out Process Management: advancedKnowledge of delivery and reception procedure: advancedAdditional InformationEducation / Certification:Bachelor''s degree or similar qualification within the area of production/logistics/controlling/finance.
