In particular, you will:Manage local websites with full animation plan (launches, promos)Monitor online merchandising performance (conversion optimization, searches management, sorting rules, etc)Manage websites 360 content through CMSCollect E-commerce business needs/Wishlist and collaborate with Customer experience team for prioritization managementBuild clear business specifications based on competitors benchmark and market best practices on relevant featuresSupport implementation of all system emails, labels, etc, related to new releasesTest quality before monthly releases globallyDeploy and configure new featuresManage on-site SEO-related contents (content optimization in all languages so including translations optimization)Cooperate with SEO agency to improve organic rankings and captivate audienceStart cross communications and links between social networks database-platforms and website whilst ensuring link-buildingWhat you will need to succeedMinimum 4-year experience in a similar roleAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of SAP, Contentful CMS, Salesforce is a plusFull understanding of the end-to-end UI-UX shopping experienceTechnical knowledge of E-commerce platforms and E-commerce-related softwareKnowledge of CMS toolsAdvanced Knowledge of GA tool (Data Studio; Google Optimize; Google Merchant is a plus)Fluent in EnglishWe would love if you hadHighly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsExcellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organizationStrong organizational skills with an ability to re- prioritize as required to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills, detail-orientedAbility to multi-task and be action orientedA solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunit e dedica una particolare attenzione allintegrazione delle persone con disabilit allinterno dellazienda.
