As our new Licensing Sales Specialist, you will be the trusted expert in Microsoft contracts, agreements, products, and services, ensuring customers receive the best advice and deals. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key point of contact, you will support both internal teams and external partners. With in-depth knowledge of Microsoft offerings and partner portfolios, you will build strong, lasting relationships to recruit and retain customers while positioning Crayon as the preferred partner.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft licensing agreements to ensure maximum value and compliance
- Analyze and implement Microsoft programs, including rebate structures and software advisory projects
- Drive annuity penetration and optimize long-term licensing strategies
- Negotiate complex licensing deals to secure the best outcomes for customers and partners
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on licensing best practices
Your Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing or a similar role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align licensing strategies with business value
- Expertise in translating IT business requirements into Cloud & Software solutions
- Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing models and their commercial impact
