Title: IT Support Specialist Duration: 3 Months - Extendable Location: Stationsweg 18-A, 4416 PJ Kruiningen, Netherlands Manage and resolve Field support Incidents requests. Do walkups and troubleshoot any end user issues based on tickets created. Assist the plant/office with IT related queries and resolve them based on priority. Document all ticket data and notes in Client provided ITSM Platform till closure. Assist with PC deployment and imaging. Assist end users in plants after completing proper training and safety pre-requisites approved by Client. Assist with P1 and P2 incidents and act as a bridge between different technical teams during the situation. Assist end users with general IT queries. Report any failures to the Client project manager. Perform required troubleshooting as informed by the technical team
