The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented Financial Controller to join our team at Puromenu in Cabanillas del Campo.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial and administrative processes at Puromenu from A to Z. You will oversee the companys financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial management.

You will also be part of the central finance team at TNC , working closely with financial controllers across Europe. Together, you will contribute to the harmonization and continuous improvement of financial processes across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Responsible for input and output of the accounting system
• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor and manage cashflow
• Develop and manage budgets and support forecasting activities

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations
• Act as a liaison between the company and the external accounting firm on accounting, tax, and payroll matters
• Manage relationship with the external accounting firm
• Coordinate audits and support internal control initiatives

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance partner to operational departments (e.g., production, warehouse)
• Implement and maintain internal control systems to mitigate financial and operational risks
• Conduct variance and KPI analysis to support performance improvement

Group Collaboration

• Work closely with the central TNC finance team
• Contribute to the harmonization of financial processes across the group

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 35 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role
• Experience working with external accounting firms (Big 4 experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Strong team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
