Your biggest challenge will be to set a robust and scalable SEO strategy for different brands (lastminute.com, weg.de, volagratis.it, rumbo.es, bravofly.com) for various products (hotel, flight, holiday packages, car rental, experience) across more than 30 countries.You will be responsible for managing a team of SEO experts, distributed in different geographies, and collaborating with other teams to support your SEO objectives. The Head of SEO will work closely with our technical, content, and product teams.QualificationsProven experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving organic traffic growth.Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of SEO experts.In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and tools, with specific experience in optimizing large-scale websites.Solid understanding of technical SEO, including structured data, snippets, breadcrumbs, and other SEO tech features.Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in spoken and written English.Additional InformationWe offer a dynamic, inclusive environment with opportunities for growth and internal mobility.
