In this role, you will carry out the following tasks :

  1. Production and serving of the daily meals
  2. Daily control in terms of production, mise en place, manufacturing and way of serving
  3. Implementation of HACCP standards
  4. Receipt and control of goods
  5. Adherence to hotel standards and quality management
  6. Correct appearance

You have experience in the catering industry. You are a team player, act purposefully and quality-conscious and contribute your share to offer our guests a beautiful and unforgettable stay.
