On E-Frontiers we''re on the lookout for a Project Manager with fluency in German and English to lead and coordinate key projects across international teams for a German based retail company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively
- Prepare regular reports and documentation for stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Travels to Germany when required (once per Quarter)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred)
- Fluency in German (C1-C2) and English (both written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus)
