We’re hiring for Senior Product Owner (Leopard Team).Tasks in the roleBuilding a strategy and vision of the productCreating a long-term (1–2 years) and a short-term roadmap of the productFormulating, defending and checking product hypothesesIdentification, development and prioritization of requirementsKeeping a product backlogCustomer developmentMonitoring and analysis of product/business metricsWork with monetization and unit economicsInteraction with development teams, marketing teams, sales teams and support teamsHolding product plannings and groomings in the development teamCompetitive analysisProtection and regular synchronization of the product strategy with the business representativesConstant search of potential development spheresCommunicating information regarding product plans to the company employeesWho we are looking forExperience in a Product Owner or Product Manager roleExperience of Agile and Scrum and understanding of Product Owner roleHigh-level knowledge of product analytics (and experience in applying it)Experience in setting objectives for the development team and designersAbility to listen and hear the other party, to negotiate and build win-win solutionsThe ability to dive in and understand the new subject areaExcellent communication and presentation skillsEnglish proficiency to at least an upper-intermediate levelAnalytical mindsetA bit about the teamThe Leopard team supports and develops the new functionality for working with a Google Business Profile.
