In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for organizing transport, managing administrative processes, and developing creative marketing strategies. Your Responsibilities: Customer Service: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, both by phone and email, providing them with the best possible service with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Order Processing: You will follow customer orders from A to Z, from entering data to delivery, ensuring smooth administrative handling. Transport Organization: You will coordinate the importing, exporting, and local deliveries of products, ensuring proper documentation and communication with logistics partners. Administration and ERP: You will process and manage data in our ERP system, including supplier, customer, and product information, ensuring everything remains accurate and up-to-date. Product Communication: You will create and update technical product sheets, ensuring that customers always have the correct information about our product range. Marketing Initiatives: You will contribute ideas to improve our social media communication and customer-oriented actions. You will help promote our products and strengthen our brand identity.
