What you will bring to the table: proven 1+ years commercial experience in Machine Learning proven 2+ years commercial experience and excellent skills in Python practical skills in working with LLMs and vector databases good understanding of pros and cons of different machine learning methods and prompting techniques good knowledge of creating production-ready ML-based application practical knowledge of good practices like SOLID, DRY, Design Patterns excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken (CEFR B2+) a deep concern for usability of the products you work on What you might surprise us with: diagramming / graph theory experience in TypeScript/React theoretical background of machine learning methods ingenuity of novel solutions and directions of research and development client/data-oriented attitude How do we operate? designing and developing on-production LLM-based solutions development of in-house machine learning solutions delivering applications that help companies to improve their business helping to speed up our clients decision-making process having code versioned (git) and containerized (docker) improving and optimizing research-and-development tools and processes deploying and maintaining projects in Agile methodology
