,[ As a Business Analyst:, Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, Collaborating with stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into functional requirements, Modeling business processes (BPMN/UML) and maintaining knowledge in tools such as Confluence and Jira, Participating in solution design and verifying that technical implementations align with business needs, Supporting product backlog refinement and prioritization (acting as proxy Product Owner if needed), Providing data insights and analysis to drive informed decisions, As a Scrum Master:, Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews), Coaching the team in Agile principles and best practices, Removing blockers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Ensuring proper use of Agile tools and metrics (e.g. Jira velocity charts, burndown)] Requirements: Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Agile, Scrum, UML, Software Development Life Cycle, Jira, Confluence, Backlog management, Basic programming, database, finance, consulting, product management Tools: Agile, Scrum.
