Youll shape the analytics roadmap, build high-performing teams, and deliver insights that drive measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the bridge between business and tech teams, translating needs into data products.Own and evolve the commercial analytics roadmap (descriptive to prescriptive).Identify high-impact use cases and deliver measurable value.Build and lead a multidisciplinary analytics team.Define and govern KPIs aligned with business outcomes.Architect scalable analytics solutions and enforce data governance.Lead agile project delivery, manage vendors, and oversee budgets.Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.What You Bring15+ years in commercial analytics, 5+ in leadership/product roles.Proven track record of delivering business value through data.Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer analytics.Strong product management and stakeholder engagement skills.Expertise in analytics techniques and storytelling with data.Bachelors/Masters in Business, Engineering, or related field.Technical SkillsEnd-to-end analytics solution delivery.Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, IQVIA, TRAX, and marketing automation tools.Get in touch with me on my email sozay@reglobal.com or Apply below!
