Our flagship product is CKEditor 5 an open-source, modern TypeScript rich text editor with a custom data model and virtual DOM check our GitHub repository. We are part of Tiugo Technologies, a launchpad for new developer platforms, helping software companies accelerate growth, increase operating efficiency, and scale their business. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in scaling up our product capacity and shaping the developer experience for CKEditor 5 both for our open-source community and enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and product, and were specifically looking for someone with strong technical experience (particularly in JavaScript ecosystems, SaaS, CMS, developer tooling) who can bring a product-oriented mindset to solve real developer pain points. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Manage the product lifecycle from conception through release. Define and track product requirements, ensure delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to maximize product success. At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience (JavaScript, frontend frameworks, SaaS platforms): You are an ex-dev turned Product Manager, Or a developer with strong product thinking that is willing to convert to the product management path. Comfortable leading discussions, presenting proposals, and driving consensus. Fluent English spoken and written. Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner. Experience working on open-source projects, release processes or developer platforms like CI. Familiarity with content management systems or editing technologies.
