In alignment with the broader AXAs strategic pillar to embrace GenAI in every aspect of the organization, we are looking for a GenAI expert to help us make the most of this technology for AXAs security community.
Job Description
AXA Group Security is seeking a skilled GenAI expert to join our Governance and Security Data Hub Team. As a GenAI expert, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of GenAI technologies to enhance security operations and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities will include leveraging GenAI solutions, particularly with practical experience using GPT and similar API-based technologies, to address security challenges, drive efficiency, and unlock the value of data for a more data-driven security organization. For example, you will leverage GenAI to verify the evidence provided by AXA entities to confirm they have implemented security controls, augmenting one of Group Security''s critical activities: security assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize GenAI solutions to address security challenges and elevate operational efficiency.
- Enhance security assurance processes by verifying evidence from AXA entities regarding the implementation of security controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical insights and foster understanding of GenAI applications in security.
Must Have skills
- Expertise in GenAI technologies, particularly with practical experience using GPT and similar API-based solutions, including strong knowledge of prompting engineering.
- Experience as Product Owner or a similar role, demonstrating the ability to drive the strategic vision and execution of GenAI solutions.
- Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interface with security experts and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address technical and business challenges related to GenAI applications.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with security concepts and an understanding of the specific challenges within the security domain.
- Experience with cloud-based security platforms and tools, particularly in integrating GenAI solutions within a cloud environment (e.g., Azure).
- Technical background in machine learning, including experience in developing and deploying ML models.
