About the job: - Strategic Product Development- Transform visionaryideas into tangibleproducts by investigatingand introducing new raw materialsand botanicals, blending andtransforming them into incredibly tasty alcohol-free liquids.Collaborate constantly with the Research team andexternalcollaborators to envisionand test innovative processes andtechnologies that will deliverrecipes with unparalleled flavor andquality. - Drive the development of cutting-edge, shelf-stableformulations, meticulously testing each new product to ensure theperfect balance of flavor, aroma, andshelf life. - Collaboratecloselywith suppliers to source high quality ingredients that arefitting our mission of giving new dignity to forgotten,undervaluedplants, roots, herbs. - Project Management Excellence - Overseemultiple R&Dprojects simultaneously, ensuring milestones,deadlines, and budgets are met. - Build and nurturecollaborationswith chefs, and sommeliers, including the development of newrecipes. - Establish clear KPIs to measure project success,fromideation to final product launch. - Customer-Centric MarketAnalysis - Engage directlywith our key customers(chefs, sommeliers,private consumers) to understandtheir needs and desires byorganizing periodicpanels. Structure - with the sales &marketing team a constant feedbackloop from the market. -Integrate customer insightsand market trends analysisinto constantproductimprovements and future developments. - Champion anInnovative Experimentation Culture - Act as a bridgebetween ProductDevelopment, Research, Production, Sales, Marketing, ensuringstrategic alignment across departments as well as collaborating inthe education of the team around tasting, botanicals,fermentations. - Encourage a culture of experimentation, where boldideas are encouraged, tested, and iteratedupon. The ideal candidatewill have the following skills, knowledge and experiences: -Scientific degree: food technologies, microbiology, biology,oenology, etc. - Minimum 5 years experience ideally in theR&D department of a food company. Experience with beer, wine,yogurt, drinks or kombucha are an advantage. - Strong interest andpassion for gastronomy. - Proficiency in data analysis to interpretresearch results and make informed decisions. - Entrepreneurialspirit, explorative, pragmatic and independent - Team-player andgreat communicator with strong Project Management skills enablingthe coordination of complex projects and multiple stakeholders. -We believe in the power of diversity, so you will find yourselfworking with people from international backgrounds, culturallydiverse, and with an inclusive mindset. Proficiency in English is amust. Italian is a plus, but not needed. - Willingness to work inTrentino.
