We are recruiting for the position of Operations & Maintenance Employee.The selected candidates will be part of the Directorate of Technologies and Industrial Innovation, specifically within the Operations and Maintenance area. They will liaise with Line Managers and corporate specialist functions, playing a key role in overseeing and developing technical-specialist know-how related to the construction, operation, and maintenance of industrial assets. They will also promote initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement and support the development and management of dedicated systems for industrial assets.Main Activities:Participation in complex and cross-functional projects related to the SnamTEC programAnalysis of processes and activities within SNAM''s Operations sector, identifying key areas for improvementProviding functional support for the development of information systems concerning asset operation and maintenance processesSupporting the experimentation of innovative technologies and criteria related to maintenance and asset operation activitiesRequirements:Diploma as an industrial technician with specialization in mechanical, electrical/electronic, or computer scienceExperience in clerical activities requiring data analysis, process re-elaboration, activity planning, and deadline management, with problem-solving skillsProficiency with main IT tools and knowledge of MS Office package and applications (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Knowledge of the English languageWillingness to travel nationwideAdditional qualities such as goal orientation, effective communication, team spirit, autonomy, dynamism, and proactivity will complete the profile.Snam offers a permanent contract based on skills and experience.
