QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN (F/M) FOR CHEMICAL COMPANY
The candidate will be placed in the quality control department of the plant to ensure that our products provide a high level of quality that meets Customers expectations. In this role he/she will maintain our system to control the quality of the products.
The candidate will be involved also with problem-solving and Continuous Improvement activities.
This role is based at our site in Caronno Pertusella (VA), Italy.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Complete the quality control in accordance with the control plan established in the due time
- Management of CoA
- Internal calibration of instruments
- 5S
- Support in case of Customer audits management
- Support in case of Customer Complaint analysis,
- Support in case of Certification body audit
- Problem solving approach
- Identification of improvement actions
- Reporting activities
- Internal/process non conformity analysis
- Continuous Improvement activities
Experience & Education:
- High school graduation or bachelor or master degree in chemical
- 2 3 years of experience in quality control laboratories of chemical companies pharmaceutical chemist. Applications with less experience will also be evaluated.
- Welcome knowledge in SAP (QM module)
- Basic knowledge of standard ISO 9001 applied to the quality control laboratories
- Basic knnowledge of statistical technicals
- Organized, systematic, autonomous and disciplined person
- Good communication skills and build successful interpersonal relationships
- Good computer skills
- English: spoken and written
- Availability to work in shifts
