Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the SOCs threat intelligence capability and detection strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the department lead on defining and implementing the cybersecurity roadmap.
- Support and coach junior analysts while setting the bar for technical excellence.
- Drive automation and streamline incident response across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Solid experience (6+ years) in cybersecurity, ideally across SOC, Threat Hunting, IR or CTI.
- Deep knowledge of detection, log analysis, MITRE ATT&CK, and hands-on with tools like SIEMs, EDRs.
- Scripting skills to automate processes (Python, Bash or similar).
- A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
