Job Description:
- You work in close collaboration with Business Managers to develop creative ideas for sourcing the best candidates, conduct initial screenings to identify future employeneurs, and build long-term relationships with them.
- You manage administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- You develop and maintain collaborative relationships with managers and employees.
- You represent the company at events and job fairs to promote our innovative model and attract future talents.
- Additional responsibilities related to process development may be included based on your interests and skills.
What do we expect from you?
- You hold a Masters degree in Human Resources or have relevant experience in recruitment.
- You have a strong interest in engineering and technology.
- You possess exceptional relationship-building skills.
- You demonstrate team spirit and eagerness to collaborate with Business Managers.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- You are motivated to work in a consulting firm with a unique model.
