Nidec Conversion is hiring a Sales Manager MV Systems(Motors and Drives) for Cinisello Balsamo site. RESPONSIBILITIES,DUTIES AND TASKS - Understanding of the main end user markets(O&G, Energy, Water treatment, Air compression) and equipmentdriven by the System (Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, Fans ). -Increase penetration of existing customer base as well as searchfor new customers; arrangement of meetings with C-Level withincustomer organization. - Preparation of commercial offers (budgetand firm), including technical, financial and legal risk assessmentwith the support of the Proposal/Engineering team. - Conducttechnical presentations of the company''s products. - Reaching ayearly orders target as set at the beginning of the fiscal year. -Independent work in the ERP system (Sales Force) to update thestatus of projects. - Monthly and quarterly sales planning. -Compilation and implementation of sales plans and forecasts. -Interaction with project managers (including the company''sfactories) in order to control the fulfillment of obligations tothe Customer in accordance with the schedule. - If necessary -Interaction with Customers throughout the project life cycle,addressing issues and tasks arising in the process, including salesof the service for installed equipment. Skills Requirement - Highertechnical specialized education. - Experience in sales of MediumVoltage Systems (Motors + Drives) for at least 3-5 years incompanies with a similar profile. - Successful search for newcustomers, increase sales. Existing customer relationships will beconsidered a plus. - Skills in economics, finance, generalunderstanding of business processes and of contractual terms andconditions. - Personal qualities: responsibility, organization,organizational qualities, resistance to stress, decisiveness.English -very fluent!!
