Candidates should have a good understanding of products, a proven track record in generating new business, maintaining accounts, or a creative flair and passion for the industry.Position SummaryThis role, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for coordinating and leading sales activities in designated industries, focusing on applications such as corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and exceeding targets.Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales.Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.Establish annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies.Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Make business trips to develop relationships with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals; coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.Stay informed about new products and industry developments.Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights.Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports.Manage communication during project implementation between customers and headquarters.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesHost customer visits to China HQ.Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market.Perform additional duties as assigned.Required Education/ExperienceBachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.At least 5 years in industrial B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in the AV industry.Over 3 years experience in projects related to this roles markets, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.Specialized Knowledge/SkillsEffective leadership, project management, and communication skills.Strong client orientation and problem-solving skills.Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.Language: Fluent in German, English, Dutch, or Italian (both written and verbal).We offer a challenging environment, a pleasant working atmosphere with an international team, training opportunities, and a remuneration package commensurate with experience.
