Overview Of The PositionAs a
Software Developer in our multimedia production company, you will be working inside the R&D team for the development of new features of our award-winning simulation system.
You are responsible for the software implementation of new user interfaces, dashboards, and other elements of our multimedia training environment, both server-side and client-side.
Main Job Tasks- Developing new software applications in partnership with business analysts and technical architects.
- Working closely with analysts, designers, and staff to present ideas for system improvements.
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes.
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
- Preparation of training manuals for users.
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.

You Will Need To Have- Minimum 2 years of experience in server-side coding: Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, and AJAX.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client-side coding: HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL and stored procedure creation in Microsoft SQL Server environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A scalability mindset to turn any special-purpose request of the client into a suitable win-win solution from a production perspective.
- Persistence, enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive manner.
- The ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure.

This position will be headquartered at the companys office in CHIASSO (Switzerland) but will also require travel and work from clients and partners premises on a mission-based schedule.
