The Rec Hub is partnering with a fast-growing international business, and were looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 3-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a high-impact hybrid role based near Venlo, Netherlands, offering the chance to support and shape people strategy across a truly dynamic environment.

About the role:
Youll work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor across all areas of HR from daily operations to strategic planning and change management. Youll also contribute to international HR projects that support the businesss growth and transformation goals.
What youll be doing:
Advising managers on all HR-related topics from org design to employee development
Supporting the annual HR cycle strategic workforce planning, performance, merit reviews
Playing a key role in international HR projects and process improvement
Providing expert advice on employment law, works council topics, and HR policy
Collaborating across countries and departments to ensure consistent, people-first practices
Acting as a coach, mediator, and partner to leaders and employees alike
What were looking for:
Strong HR BP experience in an international, fast-paced environment
Completed HBO education in HRM, Business Admin, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR regulations
Comfortable driving change and navigating complex stakeholder environments
Energetic, pragmatic, and able to quickly build trust at all levels
Fluent in Dutch and English working knowledge of German is a big plus
