As Research, Development and Quality Intern, you are part of the RDQ Team and will report to the RDQ Manager in Brussels. You will have significant interaction with the Marketing team and other departments on-site.
Your Key Responsibilities
As RDQ Intern, you aim to support the Belgian team in their mission to influence the future of Nomad Foods to be a key player in delivering better food to people every day.
The role largely consists of two hats;
- Quality: Supporting in setting up procedures and ensuring quality-control for all Iglo Belgium products, in order to ensure product conformity across the range.
- R&D: Supporting the product developers in their development of new and improved products, and support in setting and following up product tastings.
You will contribute to Quality procedures and Safety documents for the companys site in Brussels, as well as establishing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues within the local Business Unit, and the wider RDQ community. Moreover, you will be responsible for setting up product tastings, writing reports with R&D and the commercial team for product development, quality review and post-launch review. By doing so, you will review and update local procedures for samples management from reception to storage and sharing with external people, while keeping up with recent updates of Nomad codes of practises for quality and safety.
