Sports Marketing Working Student
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Sports Marketing Working Student is supporting sports marketing department in Warsaw with various administrative and operational tasks as well as sports marketing activities given by the Sports Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering promo materials/products using SAP
- Managing delivery of SPOMA orders using internal tools including the invoice flow documentation within the department
- Monthly analysis of respective data such as contract’s obligation execution
- Helping with creating presentations and supportive materials for SPOMA team
- Supporting SPOMA team with various operative and administrative marketing activities
- Supporting SPOMA Football Manager with daily activities relevant for dedicated portfolio of accounts
- Communication with customers
Key Relationships:
- Internal: Sports Marketing team, Brand Communication, Accounting, Customer Service.
- External: marketing agencies, sport federations, adidas athletes
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
- Fluent English & Polish
- Good communication and time management skills
- Orientation to detail
- Strong interest in sport required – especially in the football category
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University student of business or physical education studies (2nd – 5th year)
