Previous work in a financial services firm is a plus.- Experience of delivering diverse financial information requirements in a complex organisation- Certified experience working with different accounting principles, USGAAP and/or IFRS necessary for more than 2 years.- Qualified chartered accountant with 3+ years post qualified experience (CA/CPA)- Prior work experience in a multinational organisation and matrix reporting structureAction) tracker (including IT issues).To do periodical updating meetings with the team, including RRHH topics, among others.- To promote at least 5 improvement ideas on a quarterly basis.- To support the development of corporate projects related to the area (Global GL, Solvency II, IFRS, SISE 3G, etc.)- To solve or escalate, with enough time and in a proper way, all the issues raised by the team that could not solve before.- To approve the closing of expenses in high risk countries.- To coordinate the closing of expenses with FP&A; team and country controllers for high risk countries.- To approve in SharePoint the investment reconciliations.- To approve accruals reconciliations for high risk countries.- To review the analytics related to expenses, OAC and DAC for high risk countries.- To support the development of corporate projects related to the area (Global GL, Solvency II, IFRS, SISE 3G, etc.)- Other inherent activities related to his role and/or agreed with managers
